Members of The RAM Group is an existing body of professionals who have scored high enough on the CARBON, a measure of comfort in knowledge of the Routines-Based Model (RBM). The RAM Group is the de facto international arm of the EIEIO, which serves as the headquarters of this community of practice. The RAM Group has many of the same goals as the EIEIO, focused on work outside the United States. Its initiatives in 2017-2022 include

• Compiling all the materials in different languages and organizing them on the Web;
• Organizing presentations and trainings in Europe, East Asia, South America, and Australia and New Zealand; and
• Conducting research outside the United States on the efficacy and implementation of the RBM.
