Training Opportunities
On-site training is one of the most effective methods we provide. Two trainers, one of whom is usually Robin McWilliam, travel to your site and provide discussion-based workshops, using adult-learning principles. Participants engage in discussion of dilemmas, solve problems with consultation from the trainers, and participate in the case method of instruction. The goal of on-site training is to prepare learners to face real-world situations, as defined by learners, using principles and methods from the Routines-Based Model for Early Intervention Birth-5.

Telecoaching
One-on-one telecoaching is available for any of the content areas of the Routines-Based Model (e.g., Routines-Based Interviews, Routines-Based Home Visits, Collaborative Consultation to Children's Classrooms). We can lend the equipment needed and provide either real-time (i.e., bug in ear) or follow-up feedback and guidance. Dr. Kimberly Tomeny is available to provide telecoaching to early intervention (0-3) professionals working with families on social communication strategies for children with autism. Contact us for fees for telecoaching.
